What are Circuits?
A total body workout using a combination of bodyweight exercises, along with equipment for added resistance and challenge. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle tone, core strength or cardiovascular improvements you’re looking for or even just starting to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle, this session caters for all abilities, ages and genders.
You work at your own pace for a set time with rest periods between each station. Exercises are varied so muscles are always surprised and your fitness does not plateau. Exercises can be tailored for injury. You get out what you put in!
