Personal Training should be exactly that, personal.

Following a consultation and appropriate fitness tests and measurements, a tailor made programme will be put together for you.  The consultation is free of charge unless a subsequent package is not booked, in which case it will be charged at £50.

We will also discuss goals, likes and dislikes of exercise, available time etc.
