I find Emma’s circuit classes most enjoyable! The circuits are regularly changed so new exercises are incorporated into the classes every 2 weeks. This avoids complacency and encourages us to test our fitness, strength and flexibility. There is a really good atmosphere and all level of fitness and age groups attend. There's a great variety of interesting stations that are changed every two weeks. Emma is a great trainer, friendly, knowledgable and encouraging and always happy to adapt a station if someone has a dodgy joint or specific difficulty. Maia – Circuits

You should try Pure Stretch as it works on all the muscle groups including those you didn't know you had! Emma makes sure you work hard within your own limits for 45 minutes - very good if you have a particular problem or injury. Anne – PureStretch
